Danielle Contreras
Danielle brings a wealth of experience and training in today’s competitive real estate market. As a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, Danielle has access to all of the homes for sale in the Silicon Valley listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). While equally adept representing buyers and sellers, Danielle enjoys working as a Buyers Agent and helping prospective home purchasers in finding a new home for them to enjoy. Danielle also has received additional training in dealing with short sales & foreclosures by earning the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification. This additional expertise provides Danielle the ability to help both sellers and buyers that may be involved in a potential short sale or foreclosure transaction.
David Contreras
David serves as the technology expert for the SiliconValleyTeam, as well as the lead team member working prospective Sellers desiring to put their home on the market in the Silicon Valley. David has served as a trainer for real estate agents across numerous cities teaching the techniques and marketing strategies that are necessary to be competitive in today’s real estate environment. After serving as a trainer to Realtors for several years, David then turned his talents to working directly with consumers.
